Subsequent to an established agreement, applications are created to consume the data. Unfortunately, Application Developers do not read the T&Cs in the agreements. This often leads to a data usage breach of the agreement. The Exchanges and Vendors are well aware of the landscape. That is why they audit.
At PVE we review your applications to ascertain if you are in compliance with your agreements. We identify potential risk associated with the data usage. We then work with your legal group to append the agreement and negotiate with the vendor to remove possible breaches.
If your entering a new agreement, we will review the intended use of the data to ensure your applications will be in compliance with the new agreement.
